Holiday Menu

Here is the dinner menu I have tested for a dinner with friends a month ago, I think it is perfect as a holiday menu.

Appetizers:

• Crabcakes
• Homemade chips sweet potato and potato

Entrée:

• Salmon tartare, sprouted seeds(need to be set-up for sprouting 3 days before) and toast

Main course:

• Beef Daube(a sort of stew)

Side dishes:

• Gratin dauphinois
• Leek fondue

Dessert:

• New York cheesecake
• Chocolate “coeur coulant” and vanilla custard
