Salmon tartare

Home made chips

This is a very simple recipe for home made chips, it may require some cooking utensils, unless you can find a way to replace the ones I used : a microwave support and a kitchen mandolin(see photo). Why am I writing about food and why do I love cooking? The answer to this question starts in my great aunts Romanian country house, during a host summer i n 1993 when I was 6.
